If you have made the investment in a wide-format plotter from Xerox, this information may be of interest to you. Xerox is looking to get discontinue the wide-format equipment within the United States and Canada this year (2011). It is also being reported that Xerox has already announced that they have stopped taking orders for new equipment.
If you are not interested in changing from Xerox just yet, it may be in your interest to contact your sales representative and see how this will effect your service/maintenance, etc.
Richa Graphics does offer alternative solutions, if you are using Xerox, you may want to look for alternatives as soon as possible.
